SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is recommended that you place your order at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your event to ensure on time delivery.

Approximate production time for non-custom products is 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Should your order be delayed for any reason, I will contact you via email to update you and advise remedy along with free express shipping upgrade.

If you require your order more urgently, please email me what you would like to order to check my availability. Urgent orders attract an additional fee, depending on the size & complexity of the order and will be quoted to you in my reply.
TURNS & FUNDS
All of my products are hand made to order, just for you! No inventory of pre-made items are on hand unless specifically noted in the description of a specialty item.
Because of this, once I have received your order, refunds and returns are not accepted, unless there is a fault with the topper that is my fault, such as spelling mistake that differs from your instructions to me. In instances such as these, please contact me as soon as possible so that I may rectify the issue for you to ensure that your event is not affected.

I will send you a confirmation email prior to the production of your item. Production of your item will not start until you confirm the order details are correct. Please ensure that all spelling and details are correct before confirming your order. No responsibility taken if you confirm incorrect spelling, colour, choice, etc.

If you require changes after confirmation, a fee will be payable (depending on change required) to make changes. This could also impact production time meaning that it may take longer, depending on the change.

All care is taken to ensure your products are packaged and shipped to arrive safely. Once your item has left the studio, it is out of my hands. However, should your item arrive damaged, please take a photo of the item, inside its packaging and send it to me to review. I will assess the type of damage, along with the condition of the packaging. If it is determined that damage occurred during transit, I will do my best to rectify the issue, free of charge, however, the speed in which this can be done, along with my ability to replace your item will be dependent on my current work load and the size of your order.
