Shipping, Returns and Refunds

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

- All products are handmade to order with a standard turnaround time of 2 weeks (excluding postage).  

- A priority service is available for an additional fee, reducing production time to 5 days plus postage.  

- Orders will not begin production until you confirm all details in the confirmation email.  

- We are not responsible for errors confirmed by the customer.  

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers provided once dispatched.

- Express shipping is available at checkout.  Please ensure you select this option if required.

-Shipping times are outside our control and depend on Australia Post.  Please go to the AusPost website to check if there are delays relevant to your State.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

- As all products are custom-made to order, using your instructions.  Therefore, are not resealable once production has started.  Because of this refunds and returns are not accepted for change of mind.  However, returns and/or refunds are available should there be a fault caused by us.  

- If there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling), please contact us immediately with proof, and we will rectify the issue.  No refunds issued if mistake is on your part. P lease ensure you check the confirmation email to ensure no spelling errors as item will be made using your ordering instructions

- If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item inside its packaging to mel@madebymel.com.aufor review. We will determine if a replacement is possible based on our workload and the order size.
