Made by Mel Papercrafts is a small home-based business located in Currans Hill, NSW, Australia.

We sell custom non-acrylic cake toppers, party decorations, greeting cards, wall art, bookmarks, stickers, totes, and logo design services and other such products as developed by the designer.  

-Our products are handmade to order and are not mass-produced.  

 

2. Orders and Customisation

-Orders are final once confirmed.  No changes can be made unless an additional fee is paid, which may extend production time.  

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, colours, and details before confirming. 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.  

Payments must be made in full before production starts.  

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal via secure payment gateways.  

 

4. Intellectual Property

All designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of Made by Mel Papercrafts and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without permission.  

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for postal delays, incorrect customer-provided information, or damages due to improper handling after delivery.  

Customers acknowledge that slight variations in colour, design, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.  

 

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us at mel@madebymel.com.au.  

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with NSW Consumer Law.
