- Production time is between 2-5 business days, excluding postage, however, this can extend during busy periods such as sales and holidays. Please refer to AusPost website for postage estimates. We are not responsible for shipping delays once product has been shipped, however, will always endevour to work with AusPost to locate missing items or query slow deliveries.
RETURNS
It is important to me that you are completley satisfied with our products.* If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and an exchange will be provided to you. We do not refund for simple change of mind.
*Note we will only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened and in its original condition.
- Within 14 days of delivery
- Is in saleable condition upon return.
- You are responsible for costs associated with reuturns unless the item is clearly in a different condition from the original order.
