  • IMPORTANT - Processing Time

    IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

    I do not keep pre made stock on hand.  Each item is made to order.  Processing time is approximatly 3-5 business days, plus postage time. 

    Therefore, I recommend you place your order two weeks prior to date required to ensure that it arrives on time.  

    If you require your item sooner, you have the option of using Express Post at checkout.  If you need it really soon, (made within 2 business days) please email me first as this can be arranged, for a small fee.

  • REFUND POLICY

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    Once order has been placed, there are no refunds as work commences on your item once order has been placed.  

    Generally, I do not accept refunds or exchanges, with a couple of small exceptions.  Please ensure you check the Shipping and Returns page for terms and conditions surrounding returns.

  • PRODUCT INFORMATION

    • Your item may vary slightly to the pictured item. This is due to supply of cardstock, or alterations to the pattern to produce a higher quality product. All variations made will be as closely matched to the picture as possible. Should it require heavy variation, then contact will be made with you to confirm.
    • Toppers may contain small parts, including small button batteries, that may be harmful if swallowed or ingested. For this reason, please ensure that you keep out of reach of young children.
    • Your products are delicate and are constructed from product that is not indestructible. Please ensure you handle your product with care, and try to keep out of direct sunlight and heat for extended periods of time. Keeping them in harsh heat and lighting condition can cause glue and/or foam attachments to soften, which will compromise the integrity of the item. Made by Mel takes no responsibility from items that have fallen apart or broken due to being in conditions that cause it to fail.
